Courses
Young Children’s Class: July 6-10, 2026 (Ages 4-7)
The young children’s class is a fun way to introduce children to reading music and singing! Children will learn music concepts in an interactive learning environment. From 9 to 11 AM each day.
Evening Classes: July 6-12, 2026 (Ages 12+)
Students will learn music theory and sight singing, and participate in sectionals and group singing. Evening classes are a condensed form of day classes designed for those who work during the day. Students are also encouraged to take both day classes and evening classes if they want to expand their learning opportunities!
Day Classes: July 13-17, 2026 (Ages 8+)
Students will learn music theory and sight singing in classes divided by age and level. They will also participate sectionals and group singing.
Afternoon Electives: July 13-16, 2026 (Ages 12+)
Students signing up for elective classes have access to all elective classes being offered, provided the class has room. Electives are intended to be an add-on to our regular classes. We strongly recommend that students attend day classes along with electives for maximum benefit. Students younger than 12 may attend free if accompanied by a paying adult.
Pricing
Scholarships are available! Scholarships may cover the registration fee and either day or evening tuition, but not add-ons such as lunch and electives.

Sunday Evening
On Sunday, July 12th, 2026 from 6:00-8:00pm, we plan to have a hymn/Gospel singing, which will include some brief music instruction and sight singing practice. Anyone is welcome to attend free of charge! This is great opportunity for those who are on the fence about registering for day classes!
Closing Singing
Our closing singing is scheduled for Friday, July 17th, 2026 at 6:30 PM. Anyone is welcome to attend!
Sample Day Schedule (July 13-17)
Check-in (8:45am)
Students will receive a lanyard and a song book on the first day of class.
Devotional and Prayer (9:00am)
A short devotional will be shared, and any announcements or instructions for the day will be given.
Theory Class (9:15am)
We will learn music theory, work on ear training, and learn the basics of directing. Our focus will be on improving practical music knowledge and skill. Classes will be divided by age and level.
Sight Singing (10:15am)
We will practice accurately singing a song from the music. Class will be divided by age. Younger children will go outside for a half-hour break at 10:45am
Lunch (11:15am)
Lunch may be purchased or packed. When finished eating, students will be free to fellowship or play for the remainder of lunch time.
Vocal Technique (12:15pm)
Students will learn about and practice correct and healthy vocal technique.
Sectionals (12:45pm)
We will divide into voice part sections to practice individual harmony parts.
Group Singing (1:30pm)
We will learn and practice songs as one big group. We plan to sing both hymns and Gospel songs.
Check-out (2:30pm)
Security measures will be in place to help ensure that every student is accounted for, and that children are picked up only by authorized individuals.
Sample Electives Schedule (July 13-16)
Directing (2:45-3:45pm)
In directing, students will learn the basics of conducting/song leading. Instructor: Michael Welch.
Songwriting (3:45-4:45 pm)
Students will learn techniques of songwriting from a prolific songwriter. Instructor: Sam Wright.
